Michael Bruce Braamse

Michael Bruce Braamse, 60, of Coloma, passed away at home in May, 2021. He was born October 22, 1960, son of Robert & Helen Braamse. Michael married Elisabeth Pudell in 1987 and together they raised three children-Jessica and twins Matthew & Michaella. Mike graduated from Lake Michigan Catholic High School, Lake Michigan College’s Automotive Technical School, MIG & TIG Welding School and was an ASE Master Certified Technician. Michael was the owner/operator of Uptown Auto and for many years also worked at the family business-Credit Bureau of SJ/BH. He played little league baseball, raced motocross and was an avid NASCAR and Indy Car race fan. He had a passion for working on cars and motorcycles and could fix anything he put his hands on. He truly had a heart for helping others. Michael is survived by his two daughters Jessica & Michaella Braamse. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert & Helen Braamse, son Matthew Kyle Braamse and grandparents-Cornelius & Florence Braamse & Roy & Beulah Taiclet. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 1:00 until 3:00 P.M. Saturday, July 17, 2021 at First Church of God-Stevensville Campus, 5767 Red Arrow Hwy., Stevensville.
