Leslie Clark “Les” LaMarre, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. He was born on August 9, 1949, to Eldon and Shirley (Spaulding) LaMarre in Bangor, Michigan.
A funeral service for Les will take place on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 11:00 A.M at the Starks and Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Road, St. Jospeh, MI 49085, with Pastor Michael Roth presiding. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Les will be laid to rest at North Shore Memory Gardens. For a more lasting memory, donations in Les’ name cane be made out to either the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan.
Les is survived by his loving wife, Penny (Lee) Griffis-LaMarre; daughter, Stacey (Griffis) Kiser; son, Vincent Kiser; grandson, Conner Kiser; and a host of beloved cousins. He was preceded by his parents and first wife, Joanne.
