My dad Dan Erhard and Dave were classmates in dental school at Loma Linda University. I remember Dave being quite the jokester and with a smile on his face 😁. I look forward to the resurrection when we will be reunited with our lived ones and friends who are asleep in Jesus.

So sorry for the loss of Dave. We grew up with him and his family while we lived in Massachusetts and the Johnson lived in Rhode Island. We spent many a holiday together and many a summer together at Lake Monomanoc. We share many a laughs and a lot of great times swimming, fishing, and boating together. The families literally grew up together. Great times, great memories, and great people. Dave and I loved to play tennis. while I was in medical residency at UMASS we had a tennis get together every Tuesday night in Leominster at the tennis club. We often lost to each other but really laughed at how bad we both were at the game and vowed never to quit our day jobs. I owe many of life's lessons learned in our association . Our son Chris grew up with Dave and Judy's sons. They loved to play together. Chris still has all of his teeth thanks to Dr Dave who treated them with Flouride just in his last days of practice in South Lancaster. We are saddened at his passing,. I will always remember him, his mother Anna and his father as great human beings dedicated to God and to make life better for all those who knew them. Rest In Peace my friend and many we meet again.

Dave Johnson was a very special person. Whatever he did, he was the best at it but humble about his accomplishments. We are shocked and saddened by this loss and will forever hold his memory in our hearts. Our love and condolences to his family.
