My sincere sympathy to you Diana and to your family for your loss. Al was a good man. I had the fortune to cross paths with Al back in 1980 as a coworker at Stanley Knight Corporation in New Troy. Knowledgeable, fun loving, kind... he would take the time to answer this new hires questions and explain things. Rest in Peace Al. God bless.

Diana and family,
Judy and I were so sorry to hear of Al's passing. Having worked with Al for decades at Stanley Knight we had many opportunities to spend a lot of time together. We especially enjoyed the dozens of food service equipment shows we did together across the country. After completing booth set up, we always had time to enjoy some favorite local haunts and restaurants. When in New Orleans, Al would always ask for the spiciest, hottest thing on the menu... as he ate he would turn red and sweat profusely as he smiled and said..."wow, this is great"! Al was a wonderful Christian husband, father and friend. We will never forget him. God's blessings to your family during this difficult time.

The world has lost a great person in Al. We remember so many fun times with him and Diana. What good memories of all the snowmobiling trips, Christmas and Summer parties at the Brunke's. those are times that we will always remember. One thing about Al was he always had a smile on his face. Our love goes out to all the family and our deepest sympathy and prayers to all of you. Love John and Marlene

I can't think back on my childhood without thinking of the Sturcz family. Thank you for investing in me, helping me along the right path as I grew up, and for sharing so much of yourselves with me and the other kids in the neighborhood. My favorite memory is when we all loaded up in the car for a day at the beach.
As we piled into the car Tim and I were wrestling to see who would get the window seat. I lost. But did I? As we were driving with the windows down Tim let out a scream as bird doo had come through the window and splattered on his chest and shoulder. I'm laughing even as I think about it now. The other thing I remember is how much everyone in the family loved one another and how openly they hugged and kissed one another. What an awesome example of how family is supposed to love and support one another.
Love, prayers, and thanks.....Mike Levi

My gosh share a memory how do you do that when you have over 40 years. I remember our Easter celebration, summer time visit (fair time fun!) Christmas gatherings. Him speaking German loving every minute even if I didn’t understand it. Going to miss him- Auntie he loves you so much but he love and touch everyone!

Diana, I am so sorry to hear that Al passed. I have thought of you every day and prayed for you, Al and your family. I honestly grew to love both of you. My heart hurts for you as I know your love for Al runs deep. The special relationship you two shared was evident every time you visited. When he spotted you his face would just light up and his eyes would follow your every movement. My deepest sympathy, my friend. I will be keeping tabs on you. Love and prayers.
