I have known Rick and Sheri for over twenty years. They are two of the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I can tell you that they truly are SOUL MATES, they were made for each other. Rick's wonderful sense of humor and GREAT smile will never be erased from my memory. God truly has a new KID on the block in heaven and I'm sure Rick is making everyone laugh and smile already. He will be truly missed. Love to you Sheri..... Sandy Bender, Bradenton Florida

Rick owned National Beauty College when I attended in the late 60’s. Along with Mary Ruth Winters they were an inspirational team at the school. Our paths crossed again in the mid 90’s when he and Sheri were living in Bradenton Florida, where I also had migrated to. We often ran into one another during his time here in Florida. It always brought back great memories when ever I would run in to him. He will certainly be missed.

To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. I met Rick when I went to his beauty school. I also worked for his beautiful wife Sheri. I was just thinking of them the other day. Prayers for your family.

I worked for Rick at Custom Cleaners. He was only the second one that I let call me “Susie” ( my grandma was the other). He taught me alot in the cleaning business.
I enjoyed time on his boat in St. Joeseph.
He and Don Schulte helped me out furnishing my first apartment. I tried to look him up several years ago on FB but no luck😩. I knew he moved to Florida. I left Michigan in 1996, moved to California, and now moved to Phoenix last June.
I will miss not being able to connect with you and that smile! My condolences to the family
