Heartfelt Condolences to the Adams family. While at Ferris State, Mary and I met Howard and Kelly Adams. Towards the end of our days at Ferris, I gave my resume to Howard and he passed it along to his father. Chuck was able to setup a job interview through HR and I was hired into Heath Company. I will forever be grateful to Chuck and Howard, and what they did for me and my family. God Bless and may Chuck and Howard Rest in Peace.

I feel fortunate; I remember the Holiday Rambler, the lake boat, the Gold Wing and Mr. Adams going hunting in the fields off of Cleveland Ave with the family dog, Ava. My family was very fortunate to have the Adams’ as neighbors and life long friends. With heartfelt sympathies, Eric Wolff

I and Chuck's new found 'Pizza Hut' gang are sad. He was a welcome member of the group at the St. Joseph Pizza Hut. My specific memories go back to Heath Co. where besides playing cards at lunch we also worked together to create the VEC store accounting system. Chuck's humor was subtle; he and I joked a lot; he always said he would invite me to come on his boat at Paw Paw lake; he picked up a member of our group, Warren Haynes, so Warren could continue seeing his friends at the Pizza Hut. He loved his family and talked often of his grandson who played football at Lakeshore High. I personally will miss my old friend and miss the banter that we had and all his stories. May you rest in peace olde man....you will be missed. I am better for knowing you. Adios.

I worked with Chuck at Heath Co. We shared the same birthday and one year he was twice my age. He was one of a kind—and a great accountant! You could always count on him for a good laugh. Our condolences to Chuck’s family.

The Mooney family sends our deepest condolences for you Mary and the rest of the family . Many happy memories of Chuck. He was a wonderful neighbor and friend to us even after you moved to the lake house. I enjoyed seeing you both in the Lancer stadium at the kids football games cheering for your grandkids and when I rented the little house on Paw Paw lake and discovered you were my neighbors again. I can see him at the kitchen table in heaven right now enjoying a laugh with my mother Virginia!

The memories of the days and nights back on Trafalgar are such a solid for me. Playing Army and Ghost in the Graveyard at night with the entire neighborhood. Our parents and our friend's parents always made us feel safe and "Chuck" was definitely one of the best. I will always remember the tiger tattoo. It intimidated me but I always thought it was really cool. God keep you all, your husband/father/grandfather is in the greatest of care.

I’m so sorry to hear of Mr. Adams’ passing and am thinking of all of you. I have so many wonderful memories of him and of course all of you. He was always so kind to me as a teenager spending time at the house. Howie was the same way. I remember the time I got my snowmobile stuck in deep snow halfway to your house. He pulled it out on horseback with the rope tied to the saddle horn! I think that was probably about 1978. My dad was not happy that I chose to walk on to your place instead of turning back home, but Chris was expecting me and Mr. Adams seemed completely happy to help me with it! I hope to see you all soon.

Chick and I were members of the Coloma Breakfast club. I always enjoyed his subtle humor and love of life. I hope to see him in the next life.
