To Darl and family: What a privilege it was for me to work with Marcia for many years at Area Agency on Aging. We shared a friendship during those years and loved getting together with other retirees occasionally. My deepest condolences to you. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you navigate life without her.

Marcia was always so kind, caring, and full of laughter — I am so, so sorry for your loss. I am unfortunately out of town until Sunday evening, so will miss both the visitation and the service, but wanted to express my condolences and let you know that I will be keeping all of you in my prayers. May God's love and peace surround you in this incredibly difficult time. - Holly Hetfield

So sad to hear of Marcia's passing. She was always very welcoming to me and my family when we first came into the Stevensville UMC family. She was very easy to talk to and had such a warm heart. She will be most missed.

I had the pleasure and honor of working with Marcia during her tenure at Area Agency on Aging. "Competent at anything" describes her well. She was a go-to person for frontline staff and leadership, combining a caring spirit with sound, practical reasoning, and a fun sense of humor. She had an easy laugh. Her thoughtful perspective was one you could trust; I appreciated her openness and partnership. I will be out of town the afternoon of the 4th and am sad not to be able to stop by to give Darl and the family my condolences. Please know her work and contributions were appreciated, she touched and changed many lives. My best to you.

Cousin Marcia led the kind of life that all of us could model ourselves after. She always had a positive attitude and knew the right thing to say when you needed some advice or encouragement. Her smile could light up whatever room she was in.
One of a kind - full of integrity and kindness and Love. My heart goes out to her Family and Friends. We will miss her. However, Heaven now has another Angel.
