Milli's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Milli here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
I remember Milli and Deb on the front porch, of the house on Court Street (or in High School). One or the other would want to bum a smoke and invite me to sit on the stairs with them and smoke mine. Yes we were all defiant ...... or at least I know I was back then. Loved growing up with in St Joe, and the memories of it all.

I grew up downtown St. Joe with a lot of kids including Milli. Even though she was a few years older she was always kind and with a smile. As a kid going into Zittas and then as an adult going into The Silver Dollar it was always good to see Milli. I was grateful to run into her about a month ago at Jimmy Jons and talk to her about those days. Also got to know the connection between her and her daughter that works at Jimmy Johns, who I see alot. To the family, I am deeply sorry for you loss.

Some people specialize in reaching out to others. Trista and Bobbi your Mom was one of them. She also had a knack of saying what exactly what she felt. I met Milli through mutual friends and had great times together. I will miss her so very much. I am in shock as well as everyone is. Girls please find comfort and support of family and friends.
Sending you all my love ~Jayne

Where do I start??? I met Milli through a mutual friend and soon we became friends as well.... Every time I saw Milli, she would give me the biggest hug and tell me how much she missed me... she had a way of including everyone and made us all feel welcome. I remember taking Milli and some of her friends to a Keith Urban concert in Indianapolis, none of the girls really knew who Keith Urban was, but I filled them all in on how much they were going to LOVE him!!! After the concert, we ended up back at our hotel room, then around 1:30-2 am Milli, not able to sleep, wanted to go for a walk.... Well I wasn't going to let her walk around downtown Indy by herself!! So off we went, walking and talking, then when she finally had enough, we went back to our room.... As everyone has stated, Milli just had the biggest heart for such a small, vertically height challenged woman. She was a great friend and always a joy to see and catch up on our families.... I will miss her dearly.

We have not seen a lot of each of other in a long time, though I or did think you often. You were there for me when I was pregnant with my first child. We lived together and we spent a lot of time together going here and there. You took me places when I needed a ride and gave me encouragement when needed. You have and always will hold a special place in my heart and I am sure in a lot of other people as well. You were caring person and helped anyone that you came in contact with. I want your daughter's to know what a wonderful mom you had. She was a lot of fun and will be missed by a lot of people.

Oh Millie, God called back one the best Angels I've ever met. You were one the most real authentic people I've ever met, with the kindest heart, the greatest inspiration, and the sincerest heart. My deepest sympathy to Trista, Bobby and her grandbabies. I will never forget all the kindness and encouragement you gave me in my darkest hours. We will meet again, my fellow Scorpio...Forever in my 💜

May you and your family be blessed....me and my family have been connected to Milli for a very long time, growing up a block from each other. I, for one will never forget Zittas or Silver Dollar and her always cheerful attitude.
"Please take her with open arms, Amen"

You couldn't help but Love Millie. We worked together a very long time ago and she was our neighbor and even if we didn't see each other often she would always greet you with a smile and a big hello whenever she saw you. I am so sorry that she is gone. We have lost a ray of sunshine. Marti Immoos

Milli was the mother of my sister's best friend and also a neighbor of mine growing up. She always had a smile on her face and did not seem to have a mean bone in her. I remember when she worked at Silver Dollar, and I always looked forward to the wonderful food she cooked and smile she brought with it. She will be greatly missed but also always remembered!
