When I retired last month, your Dad was one of the people I was going to miss seeing. When I’d call him he’d answer the phone “hi, Diane!” He was so loved by the entire SH community, as was your Mom. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

My mother , Marian Adkin, and I , both worked for Jim at the Rexall Drugstore in the 60’s. Jim was kind, caring , and and so good to us. As was Lois. We both enjoyed our jobs and even tho’ my mother has passed on, I will say we are thankful to have known Jim and Lois. My condolences to all the Davis family.

Our sympathy goes out to the Davis family. I remember Mr. Davis fondly as a neighbor early in life and as a boss in my teenage years. May he rest in peace.

My condolences to the Davis boys and their families on the loss of their dad. He was a supportive father, proud of their swimming accomplishments, as I remember him back in the 1970s. Great smile.

Jim, we at the Friday Morning 4th day Group are going to miss your presents. Even when you baked the bread when we met at the 1st UMC Fellowship Hall for those many years and when you opened up your home to us during the pandemic. When we meet for coffee and toast every Friday, you'll still be amongst us, brother. . .
