Dear Frank and all of the families, I was so sad to hear you had lost your dear Joan. She was an amazing wife, mother, sister, and Nana. She so loved her family. My fun memories go back to high school adventures together. Several ladies still got together every summer for breakfast or lunch until Covid stopped us. We will really miss her. My prayers are with you all as you get through the difficult days ahead.

Rarely does one have the opportunity to have a former student become his secretary , albeit for a brief period of time before his retirement. The same outstanding traits Joan exhibited as a student were apparent in her personal and professional roles. Sincere condolences in your loss. She will be missed. Maury Carroll Lakeland Florida

PS--Oops on the "c" in Reznik. You may have heard that my very first college roommate (1971) was Ilene Resnick. Uncle Si got such a kick out of that, especially when they met once. We're still close friends. Excuse me. xo...

Dear Frank, Myra, Andy and families...Joannie and all the Reznicks are woven into the fabric of our Canonie childhood. We're talking a couple decades where Uncle Si and Pop would take over the kitchen from Aunt Belle and Mom to create feasts. And though we all grew up into our own lives, one cannot forget such special memories and friends. Joannie has been so awesome over the years passing on pictures of the "old days" to me. I am so sorry for your loss. I'll look forward to hugs July 1st. Love, Patty-PJ-Turkey Neck
